ANIMALS OF AUDUBON
A colorful and exciting marketing travel collateral to incite curiosity and attract visitors using original photography; featuring an innovative mailer package, a “Picture Guide” booklet, and fortune teller— appealing to both parent and child.

ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHY
During a spontaneous trip to the New Orleans, I decided to visit the Audubon Aquarium and Insectarium. Apparently they have a package deal using the tagline, “One Ticket, Two Attractions.” and I found that to be pretty clever. I had my camera with me, as always, so I made sure to capture the wonder that lives inside of those walls. This influenced my approach to this project.













FIND YOUR INNER ANIMAL
Throughout this project, I made sure to focus on designing something that would appeal to both parent and child– sophisticated yet playful. It needed something interactive, perhaps something that the parent could hand to their kid as they read the main mailer package. I looked back on my childhood and remembered the fortune teller, or 'cootie catcher,' and reworked the concept to align with the theme of animals, nature, and curiousity.
